Key Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling, using Caterease, for Registered Student Organization events in the Bone Student Center.
- Act as office receptionist.
- Assist RSO's in planning events, including but not limited to; room layouts, operations and production needs, and day of event schedules.
- Provide room diagrams for clients and operations staff using Socialtables software.
- Approve use agreements, set reminders and follow up with clients to confirm details of event.
- Handle and complete web requests.
- Special projects as assigned.
- General clerical duties as assigned.
- Currently enrolled as a part-time or full-time student, maintaining a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0. Candidates must be in academic and judicial good standing
- Priority given to candidates with multi-semester availability.

Pay Rate
$15.25/hour

Work Hours
5-10 hours per week during normal business hours
