Job Summary

To assist in the operation and maintenance of Facilities Management's Central Stores area.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate

$20.69 per hour

Required Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. One (1) year (12 months) of full time (or part-time equivalent) work experience comparable to a Storekeeper I (receive, load/unload, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items form storerooms and keep accurate records).
3. Valid driver's license.
4. A final candidate must complete a post-offer pre-employment physical exam. Employment is contingent on the successful results of the pre-employment physical.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Ability to read and understand service manuals, order forms, etc.
2. Ability to follow detailed directions both verbal and written.
3. Flexibility in work schedule.
4. Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.

Work Hours

Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Functional Expectations

Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:
1. Ability to lift 76 pounds.
2. Ability to push/pull 40 pounds.
3. Ability to climb, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach overhead.
4. Ability to drive a fork lift and operate power hand jacks, hand jacks.
5. Ability to speak clearly.
