Job Summary
Provides temporary administrative and data management support to the College's accreditation self-study process and daily office operations. The individual will assist with collecting, organizing, validating, and entering data from multiple sources to support accreditation reporting and documentation. In addition, the position will perform general office management and administrative tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Required Qualifications
1. High school diploma.
2. Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Experience in working with students, faculty, and departmental staff and campus administrators.
5. Ability to work in a team environment and work independently.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree
Work Hours
Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am-4:30pm. Up to 28 hours per week.
Functional Expectations
Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:
1. Effectively communicate.
2. Remain at a workstation for extended periods.
3. Move about in various locations across campus as needed to complete day-to-day work.
