The Office Support Specialist provides secretarial assistance for the Director of Psychological Services Center. The Office Support Specialist also provides support for the Director of the Illinois School Psychology Internship Consortium (ISPIC) the office of which is located within the PSC.
This position is responsible for the successful execution of all events that are catered by Illinois State University Catering. Assume responsibility for all personnel functions, budget, strategic planning, food safety, and presentation standards for catering operations.
This position is responsible for reporting, writing, editing, hosting, and producing news and other programming and content for dissemination on multiple WCBU delivery platforms, including on-air and digital, as assigned by supervisor(s).

The purpose of the Student Support Services/TRIO academic advisor in University College is to support the retention and graduation of participants of the Student Support Services Program.
The advisor makes course recommendations and gives academic and personal advice to all assigned students so that they may persist at and graduate from Illinois State University.
