Job Summary

The Lab School Sponsor is responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of the program in accordance with Laboratory Schools policies. The sponsor is expected to carry out the School's responsibility in contributing to the educational development of the student through their work with the activity. The sponsor teaches important skills relevant to the activity, promotes teamwork, self-discipline, sportsmanship and leadership in a supportive environment that fosters personal growth.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate

$1200 total

Work Hours

Much of the work occurs after 3:00 p.m. and on weekends in and around schools.

Functional Expectations

Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:
1. Remain at a workstation for extended periods
2. Distinguish colors on a monitor
3. Effectively communicate daily
