The Center for Civic Engagement is looking for two undergraduate students to work 28 hours per week during the summer. The Student Office Assistants will assist staff with completing duties as assigned. Tasks may include filing, copying, typing, working with spreadsheets, scanning and sorting documents, department tabling, giving general department overview presentations, driving ISU Fleet vehicles to presentations and tabling events, creating and designing flyers, organizing and restocking supplies, and working with MS Teams, Word, and Excel.

We are looking for a qualified student to assist us with our video needs for flagship social media channels.

Student Teacher Assistants work with professional teaching staff to complete day to day tasks in a preschool classroom of children ages 3-5. Assistants will be interacting with and guiding children in the classroom.

We are seeking to fill several seasonal positions in the Lighting and Sound area for the Festival's 2025 season

Provide general maintenance support in residence halls, including moving furniture and loading and unloading trucks, and possibly assisting with fire watch duty. Position will start mid-May and end in mid to late August 2025.

The student employee will play a role in productions for ESPN+ and Marquee Sports Network broadcast streams as well as in-house athletic productions. Individuals in this position will gain experience of all the in’s and outs of live productions at an NCAA Division 1 Athletics Department.

This position will support the Project Management group in the Facilities Construction Department.

The GIS Student Intern will be part of the Facilities Services Summer Internship Program that provides opportunities for students to engage in meaningful learning experiences including lunch and learn sessions, field experiences in Facilities operations, career prep sessions, and site visits.

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Summer Intern will be part of the APPA Student Internship Program that provides opportunities for students to engage in meaningful learning experiences including lunch and learn sessions, APPA involvement, field experiences in Facilities operations, career prep sessions, and social activities.

The Student Deliberative Dialogues Assistant is expected to serve as a positive representative of CCE, using professional verbal and written communication skills to communicate with multiple audiences and support CCE’s principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
