Student Financial Services is seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team of Student Account Representatives. This team is responsible for providing exemplary service to our students and keeping them progressing with their education at ISU through various proactive communication efforts, partnering with other departments, and representing Student Accounts at various presentations and orientations.

The Coordinator of Graduate Faculty Services will join a dynamic Graduate School team. Through working with graduate faculty and the AVP for Graduate Education & Internationalization Initiatives, the Coordinator will have a significant contribution towards the growth of graduate education.

The Associate Dean advises the Dean and makes strategic recommendations on a full range of personnel management, budget, policy, and planning issues related to the management of the College. This role oversees budget and financial operations for the College in collaboration with the Dean. collaborates with other members of the College staff on issues such as instructional capacity, development, technology support, and facilities/space coordination as these areas relate to budget and planning.
