The Office of Technology Solutions is seeking a Technology Support Center Analyst to provide first level functional and technical support through phone, email, chat, web form, and in person contacts.
This position plays an integral role in accomplishing this goal by assisting Culinary Associates in the preparation and service of food in residential dining centers. This position also assists in maintaining a friendly and orderly environment in the dining room by greeting customers as they enter, assisting with questions and service needs, and performing other customer service tasks, such as clearing tables and restocking condiments.
Persons in this position have a hand in food production, sanitation, customer service, and cash handling. This position will work in any one of our retail venues.
This position trains and coordinates the work performance of student employees and Culinary Assistants in the areas of guest relations, dining room service, and line service. Persons in this position also manage the point of sales procedures.
The College of Applied Science and Technology Information Technology (CAST IT) Student Help provides technology assistance to CAST faculty and staff. Perform miscellaneous computer troubleshooting tasks and receive mentoring opportunities. CAST has eight academic units Agriculture, Criminal Justice, Family and Consumer Sciences, Gamma Phi Circus, Health Sciences, Information Technology, Kinesiology and Recreation, Military Science, and Technology. CAST IT Student Help will get to experience a wide range of disciplines and will have opportunities to interact with advanced technology.
