Job Summary
This position will serve as library liaison to the departments of Educational Administration and Foundations, Special Education, and Psychology, which offer curricular programs ranging from undergraduate through doctoral.
Additional Information
This is a full-time 12-month temporary position to cover for employee(s) on leave of absence.
Salary Rate / Pay Rate
$58,000 - $63,000 annual
Required Qualifications
1. Advanced degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent from an American Library Association-accredited program or from a program recognized by the American Library Association as an international equivalent.
2. Strong public services orientation
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
Work Hours
Generally Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with occasional weekend and evening hours as business needs dictate
Functional Expectations
Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:
1. Remain at a workstation for extended periods
2. Move about in various locations on and off campus as needed to complete day-to-day work
3. Effectively communicate on a daily basis
