The College of Arts and Sciences Information Technology unit (CAS-IT) is seeking an undergraduate student for a position providing I.T. support to college faculty and staff. Some of the position’s responsibilities will be to answer technology questions, troubleshoot hardware/software and setup computer equipment.

The Business Information Systems Manager provides oversight and leadership of Facilities Services Information Services - provides all aspects of data management and analysis in support of the business intelligence environment. Supervises 3-4 full-time employees, extra help, and student employees in the areas of Informatics, Business Applications, GIS, and Project Management.

The Associate Dean for Information Assets will have primary responsibility for the library's collections, technical services, and scholarly communication initiatives. The AD for Information Assets directly oversees the heads of collection development and technical services; as well as the scholarly communication librarian, copyright librarian, digitization coordinator, and conservator.

University Advancement is seeking an Office Manager for Gift and Record Services. The primary responsibility is to serve as the cash desk and communicator for gift processing. The Special Education Department at Illinois State University is hiring a Postdoctoral Scholar to coordinate research and education activities. The Postdoctoral Scholar’s research responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, data collection, and data analysis; co-authoring manuscripts and presentations; designing and conducting original research that aligns with the aims of the project; and mentoring doctoral and undergraduate research assistants. The education activities will include overseeing the development and implementation of a case library and case-based learning modules.

Weld, braze, and solder, in order to physically maintain and repair chillers, boilers, pumps, air conditioning and related equipment pertinent to the heating, cooling and ventilation of campus buildings.

This position is responsible for managing and supporting the Residential Life Operations unit within University Housing Services, including supervision of para-professional (student staff), supporting departmental recruitment/hiring efforts, and managing administrative duties for the Associate Director of Residential Operations and Assistant Director of Assignments. They supervise the student receptionist in the Office of Residential Life which includes the departments phone switchboard and Housing email box.
