Illinois State University, a NCAA Division I institution, member of the Missouri Valley Conference invites applications for the position of Graduate Assistant for Redbird Productions within the department of Athletics. This pre-professional, 12-month position includes a tuition waiver and a stipend. The successful applicant must meet the admission requirements for Illinois State’s Graduate School.

Students in this position will be expected to provide general maintenance support in residence halls, including moving furniture and loading and unloading trucks, and possibly assisting with fire watch duty.

University Housing Services is hiring a Graduate Assistant for Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 within the Facilities unit. This position will assist with project management in our on-campus Residence Halls and Apartments.

The Residence Hall Coordinator (RHC) provides year-round leadership and direction for one or more residence halls/buildings.

The Service Area Coordinator (SAC) provides leadership and administration for student workers within an area of campus housing.

The Area Coordinator makes the appropriate decisions and/or recommendations to the Associate Directors regarding the management and supervision of an area of the residential campus.

The Financial Aid Office invites applicants for a Technical and Accounting Assistant position. Students who have excellent math skills and strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply. Students with Spanish speaking skills are preferred.
