University Advancement at Illinois State University seeks a Director of Development for the College of Education and Laboratory Schools. Housed within the Development-Fundraising department, this position is responsible for cultivating and securing major gifts of $25,000 or more through strategic engagement with alumni and supporters. The Director will work in close partnership with the Dean and collaborate across the University to advance the College’s mission and priorities. The role requires frequent travel and occasional evening and weekend activities.

Key roles for this position are to develop, operate, and assist with the design of building automation systems. This position oversees and supports the maintenance, repair and record keeping of the building automation systems controlling the HVAC equipment for the entire campus through the Power Plant.

Certified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing who will work with students attending the Laboratory Schools through the Heart of Illinois Low Incidence (HILIA) program. The certified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing will provide instruction for students with hearing loss in a variety of classroom settings.
