Honors Student Office Assistants provide organizational support and clerical assistance to the Honors Program office. The Honors Student Office Assistant will serve as the office receptionist while on duty, which includes welcoming guests, checking in students for appointments, complete clerical tasks as assigned, answering questions about the Honors Program, and answering phone calls.

The student editor will be responsible for the formulation of editorial policy and all news-editorial aspects of the newspaper, including content, coverage, editing and the presentation of news and editorial matter. The student editor will have the final decision on whether a news story, photograph, editorial, column or advertisement is published and will bear responsibility for such decisions. The student editor will be concerned primarily with overall staff direction in the areas of news, opinion, photography, features, sports and editing.

Admissions Ambassadors are the face of Illinois State University. They assist in the daily operations of the Admissions Front Desk/Reception Area, handle inbound and outbound calls, identify and address prospective student and family questions, staff the front desk reception area, data entry, and other office duties as assigned.

The certified teacher of visually impaired students works with students with visual impairments that attend their home school and other educational sites. As a vital component of the fundraising team, the Director of Donor Stewardship is responsible for providing university-wide leadership for donor stewardship, recognition, and engagement activities that support fundraising priorities across annual, major, and principal gift programs. The position exercises independent professional judgment in the development, coordination, and execution of donor engagement strategies and serves as a strategic partner and advisor to fundraising staff and campus leadership in the retention and growth of donors in order to maximize fundraising success. The School of Kinesiology and Recreation is seeking graduate assistants to support the Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIMOC) program and Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity (PSPA) Lab. Positions involve conducting client intake sessions, developing individualized exercise and sport performance programming, and assisting with community outreach. Applicants must be enrolled in a master's degree program in the School of Kinesiology and Recreation.
