Effective donor stewardship is an essential element of successful fundraising. As a vital component of the fundraising team, the Director of Donor Stewardship is responsible for providing university-wide leadership for donor stewardship, recognition, and engagement activities that support fundraising priorities across annual, major, and principal gift programs. The position exercises independent professional judgment in the development, coordination, and execution of donor engagement strategies and serves as a strategic partner and advisor to fundraising staff and campus leadership in the retention and growth of donors in order to maximize fundraising success. The role ensures donor engagement and stewardship activities are aligned with institutional priorities, campaign strategy, and donor intent throughout the fundraising lifecycle.

The School of Kinesiology and Recreation is seeking graduate assistants to support the Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIMOC) program and Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity (PSPA) Lab. University College is seeking qualified applicants for Pre-Professional Graduate Assistants in the Julia N. Visor Academic Center - Academic Enhancement. Graduate Assistants engage in diverse tasks, including direct one-on-one student support, academic skills workshops, evening and weekend supervision of undergraduate staff, and administrative work.

The AVP for Finance and Planning Strategy and Operations plays a critical leadership and strategic role in supporting the VP by developing strategic goals and key performance indicators that align with the VP’s overall strategic vision for the division; working collaboratively with other members of the VP’s leadership team to achieve the goals, meeting identified performance metrics; overseeing operations; managing key initiatives; and ensuring that the Finance and Planning division runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Center for Civic Engagement is looking for two undergraduate students to work 28 hours per week during the summer. The Student Office Assistants will assist staff with completing duties as assigned. Tasks may include filing, copying, typing, working with spreadsheets, scanning and sorting documents, department tabling, giving general department overview presentations, driving ISU Fleet vehicles to presentations and tabling events, creating and designing flyers, organizing and restocking supplies, and working with MS Teams, Word, and Excel.

College Coaches play a critical role in the success of the two-week Summer Immersion Program, held on ISU’s campus, from Saturday, May 30, 2026 to Saturday, June 13, 2026. The College Coach serves as a supportive and caring staff member, models appropriate and collegiate behavior, co-facilitates college prep or life skills workshops, tutors the Scholars and encourages successful learning practices.

Overnight Staff play a critical role in the success of the two-week Summer Immersion Program, held on ISU’s campus. Overnight Staff are responsible for supervision of the Scholars between 11:30PM and 6:30AM from Saturday, May 30, 2026 to Saturday, June 13, 2026.

University Housing Services is hiring a Graduate Assistant for Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 within the Business Operations unit. This position will assist with management of the student hiring process in UHS.

The Assistant Principal at University High School is responsible for all of the day-to-day operations of the school throughout the calendar year. This includes monitoring attendance, student supervision, discipline, being the Facility Manager, as well as supervising the Summer School program. In addition, the Assistant Principal participates in Faculty Governance as the Chair of the Student Conduct Committee and the Safety Committee and plays a role in supporting Teacher Education in collaboration with the University. This is a 12-month position.
