The Associate Dean advises the Dean and makes strategic recommendations on a full range of personnel management, budget, policy, and planning issues related to the management of the College. This role oversees budget and financial operations for the College in collaboration with the Dean. collaborates with other members of the College staff on issues such as instructional capacity, development, technology support, and facilities/space coordination as these areas relate to budget and planning.

The Honors Program is looking for engaging and motivated Instructional Assistant Professors to teach the Honors Mindset Seminar (HMS).
