Basic accounting skills are required as is the ability to handle a high volume of work and to adjust to changing workloads during peak periods. Basic knowledge of computer spreadsheets and databases and the personal commitment to gain working knowledge in foundation accounting operations is critical.

Mulberry Grade School is seeking hard-working Illinois State University students with work study as part-time teaching assistants.

The Redbird Philanthropy Engagement Ambassador will work as a part of the Redbird Philanthropy Engagement Center (RPEC) team and reports to the Associate Director, RPEC. This position calls donors and potential donors to initiate conversations and ask for donations. This position also utilizes personalized video messages, email and text. This position is tasked to engage with an assigned portfolio of donors and potential donors across a multitude of fundraising marketing channels utilizing communication cadences or touchpoints to maximize relationship building and secure fundraising production.

The student worker for Advancement and Foundation Prospect Research will assist with administrative and operational tasks that support operations and prospect research within University Advancement.

Two Undergraduate Research Assistants are sought to support a community-engaged research project focused on assessing needs and designing culturally tailored intergenerational programs for underserved older adults. Students will assist with survey data collection, data entry, and community partner coordination. This position offers hands-on experience in aging, health disparities, and applied research.

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Summer Intern will be part of the APPA Student Internship Program that provides opportunities for students to engage in meaningful learning experiences including lunch and learn sessions, APPA involvement, field experiences in Facilities operations, career prep sessions, and social activities.

The Construction Management Student Intern will be part of the Facilities Services Student Internship Program that provides opportunities for students to engage in meaningful learning experiences including lunch and learn sessions, field experiences in Facilities operations, career prep sessions, and department tours. This position will support the Project Management group in the Facilities Construction Department.

The student editor will be responsible for the formulation of editorial policy and all news-editorial aspects of the newspaper, including content, coverage, editing and the presentation of news and editorial matter. The student editor will have the final decision on whether a news story, photograph, editorial, column or advertisement is published and will bear responsibility for such decisions. The student editor will be concerned primarily with overall staff direction in the areas of news, opinion, photography, features, sports and editing.
