TechnologyThe Academic Advisor in the Department of Technology makes course recommendations and gives academic advice to all assigned students, across six unique program areas, so that they may progress successfully through their academic careers at Illinois State University. The Advisor must provide accurate and realistic academic information and support to an assigned caseload. The Advisor must accurately interpret and relay academic policies and requirements, including general education (ISU's general education or the Illinois Articulation Initiative), as well as major/minor plans of study.
