The Associate Director of Alumni Engagement supports the overall mission of the office by leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs, events, and services for the alumni of Illinois State University.

The Director, Audio Production is responsible for the daily operation, content generation, and quality control for public radio stations WGLT and WCBU, and is also the primary on-air host of NPR’s Morning Edition.

The Academic Advisor in the Department of Technology makes course recommendations and gives academic advice to all assigned students, across six unique program areas, so that they may progress successfully through their academic careers at Illinois State University. The Advisor must provide accurate and realistic academic information and support to an assigned caseload. The Advisor must accurately interpret and relay academic policies and requirements, including general education (ISU's general education or the Illinois Articulation Initiative), as well as major/minor plans of study. The Academic Advisor is expected to have specialized knowledge about Technology majors in addition to a familiarity with university policies and procedures. The Academic Advisor reports directly to the Department Chairperson.

he First Star ISU Academy is a college-preparatory program for high school foster youth (Scholars). The Academy strives to keep youth on track for high school graduation, prepare them for higher education, and equip them with the skills to successfully transition to adulthood.

Effective donor stewardship is an essential element of successful fundraising. As a vital component of the fundraising team, the Director of Donor Stewardship is responsible for providing university-wide leadership for donor stewardship, recognition, and engagement activities that support fundraising priorities across annual, major, and principal gift programs. The position exercises independent professional judgment in the development, coordination, and execution of donor engagement strategies and serves as a strategic partner and advisor to fundraising staff and campus leadership in the retention and growth of donors in order to maximize fundraising success. The role ensures donor engagement and stewardship activities are aligned with institutional priorities, campaign strategy, and donor intent throughout the fundraising lifecycle.

The School of Kinesiology and Recreation is seeking graduate assistants to support the Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIMOC) program and Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity (PSPA) Lab. Positions involve conducting client intake sessions, developing individualized exercise and sport performance programming, and assisting with community outreach. Applicants must be enrolled in a master's degree program in the School of Kinesiology and Recreation.
