The Associate Dean for Information Assets will have primary responsibility for the library's collections, technical services, and scholarly communication initiatives. The AD for Information Assets directly oversees the heads of collection development and technical services; as well as the scholarly communication librarian, copyright librarian, digitization coordinator, and conservator.

The Special Education Department at Illinois State University is hiring a Postdoctoral Scholar to coordinate research and education activities. The Postdoctoral Scholar’s research responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, data collection, and data analysis; co-authoring manuscripts and presentations; designing and conducting original research that aligns with the aims of the project; and mentoring doctoral and undergraduate research assistants. The education activities will include overseeing the development and implementation of a case library and case-based learning modules.
