University College Graduate Assistants in the Peer Success Advocacy area support the student-centered mission of University College. This position involves assisting with all aspects of the Peer Success Advocacy program and supporting student outreach efforts in University College. This position has direct student contact in a one-on-one setting and a team environment.

The Graduate Assistant for Event Programming and Hospitality supports the planning and execution of events that enhance student engagement and elevate the guest experience at the Bone Student Center and Braden Auditorium. This position offers valuable hands-on experience for students interested in entertainment, event management, hospitality, and facility operations. The experience includes advising students and supervising the successful operation of events. The role is designed to foster both academic and professional development through active involvement in event coordination, customer service, and venue operations.

The graduate assistant will work under the supervision of the Associate Director of Alumni Engagement. Responsibilities will focus on events and program management.

The position helps to market and communicate on behalf of the Alumni Association. Responsibilities include social media content development (video and text), writing, marketing research, basic design, and other communication efforts.

The Lab School Coach is responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of the program in accordance with Laboratory Schools and IHSA/IESA policies.

The primary responsibility of the Standardized Patient is to portray the characteristics of a real patient, simulating all aspects of the created scenarios, primarily in the simulated in-patient setting including history of current problem, affect/behavior and physical findings, in a standardized, accurate, and reliable manner. Scenario facts must be accurately memorized, retained, and portrayed. Scenarios may be audio and videotaped for evaluative purposes. Multiple opportunities exist with flexible schedules.

Provide support to the Accounts Payable team

General grounds work.

The Extra Help Medical Office Assistant will perform duties such as scheduling patients, answering the main telephone line, and assisting with patient check-ins.

The LPN or RN works in close cooperation with the Health Service physicians, nurse practitioners, and RNs in order to carry out orders and provide services to those eligible for care at the Student Health Service.

The eSports Coach is responsible for advising and overseeing the activities, practices and competitions of the Illinois High School Association and the Athletic Conference. The eSports Team promotes academic excellence and performance by students. The eSports Team is an organization that provides students with the opportunity to be recognized for achievements and contributions to their school and community.

The Lab School Coach is responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of the program in accordance with Laboratory Schools and IHSA/IESA policies.

Individuals in this position have a hand in food production, sanitation, customer service, and cash handling. This position will work in any one of our retail venues including the The Landing, Starbucks, McAlister's Deli, Qdoba, Timbers, and University High School Store.

Assists with technical operation of event production.

Serve as a Daily Rate Substitute Teacher, providing academic classroom instruction for students in the absence of the regular teacher.
