Graduate teaching assistants are generally assigned to individual faculty members to assist with or provide course instruction. The nature of the assistance varies by discipline and can involve a variety of activities.

The Extra Help Medical Office Assistant will perform duties such as scheduling patients, answering the main telephone line, and assisting with patient check-ins.

The LPN or RN works in close cooperation with the Health Service physicians, nurse practitioners, and RNs in order to carry out orders and provide services to those eligible for care at the Student Health Service.

The Center for Civic Engagement, which administers the Civic Engagement and Responsibility Minor, (an Interdisciplinary Studies Minor) seeks to build a pool of non-tenure track instructor applicants.

This position concentrates primarily in Primary Care/Family Medicine and will be working with college-aged patients. Work duties include treatment of minor acute illnesses and injuries, women's health exams and routine physicals.
