The Physics Department is seeking an Office Support Specialist - 49% FTE who will be responsible for clerical duties within the unit. Additional responsibilities include keeping confidential information, ability to develop, organize and collate significant amounts of data into readable formats; initiative to promote professionalism, unity, teamwork, and efficiency of operations.

Graduate research assistants are generally assigned to individual faculty members to assist with their research, and the majority of the assigned duties are tied to this research. Must be a degree seeking graduate student in Hydrogeology Master's program at Illinois State University.

Serve as a Daily Rate Substitute Teacher, providing academic classroom instruction for students in the absence of the regular teacher. Metcalf Laboratory School is a service unit of the College of Education of Illinois State University. It offers a comprehensive program of instruction for 400+ students in grades PreK-8. The Extra Help Medical Office Assistant will perform duties such as scheduling patients, answering the main telephone line, and assisting with patient check-ins.

The Residence Hall Coordinator (RHC) provides year-round leadership and direction for one or more residence halls/buildings.

The Service Area Coordinator (SAC) provides leadership and administration for student workers within an area of campus housing.

The LPN or RN works in close cooperation with the Health Service physicians, nurse practitioners, and RNs in order to carry out orders and provide services to those eligible for care at the Student Health Service.

Individuals in this position have a hand in food production, sanitation, customer service, and cash handling. This position will work in any one of our retail venues including the The Landing, Starbucks, McAlister's Deli, Qdoba, Timbers, and University High School Store.

The Area Coordinator makes the appropriate decisions and/or recommendations to the Associate Directors regarding the management and supervision of an area of the residential campus.

Assists with technical operation of event production.
