The Service Area Coordinator (SAC) provides leadership and administration for student workers within an area of campus housing.

This position provides police service to members of the University community. The incumbent is responsible for responding to calls for service (emergency and non-emergency), self-initiated police activity, special details, and community involvement.

The Budget Manager provides essential fiscal and administrative support to the Autism Professional Learning and Universal Supports and the Center for Intensive Behavioral Supports projects, statewide grant projects offered through the Department of Special education at Illinois State University.

The Director of Development serves as the development liaison to the College of Arts and Sciences (the College) and represents the College in pursuing major gifts (funding commitments of $25,000 or more made via outright, pledged, or planned gift arrangements). The Associate Dean for Information Assets will have primary responsibility for the library's collections, technical services, and scholarly communication initiatives. The AD for Information Assets directly oversees the heads of collection development and technical services; as well as the scholarly communication librarian, copyright librarian, digitization coordinator, and conservator.

The Associate Vice President for Facilities Management, Planning, and Operations provides leadership to the following units: Office of Energy Management, Facilities Management, Parking and Transportation, and Facilities Planning. The incumbent also is Chair of the Master Planning Committee, and serves on several university committees including Academic Facilities Advisory Committee, Data Stewardship Council, University Naming Committee, Emergency Management Team, etc.

This is an advisor role in the College of Arts and Sciences with primary duties in the Department of Economics and the interdisciplinary program in Data Science. The advisor will work with students to support their transition from high school through graduation, or as they transfer from other undergraduate programs at ISU or from other institutions. The advisor will work to ensure students have clear plans of study and receive skilled advising for timely graduation.

The AVP for Finance and Planning Operations plays a critical leadership and strategic role in supporting the VP by overseeing operations, managing key initiatives, and ensuring that the Finance and Planning division runs smoothly and efficiently.
