Job Summary
In this role, you'll handle a mix of administrative and customer service tasks, working independently and as part of a collaborative team. Your responsibilities will include conducting audit research, system data entry, organizing and maintaining files and forms, and assisting with special projects that make a real impact. Plus, you'll occasionally be the welcoming face of our HR department, greeting visitors and managing phone inquiries at the front desk.
Work is to be performed in the Human Resources Office of the Nelson Smith Building.

Pay Rate
$15.50/hour

Available during office hours (8:00am to 4:30pm) and able to maintain a regular schedule

Work Hours
This role is expected to work 8-12 hours per week during the academic year, with the office open from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Scheduling is flexible, though availability near lunchtime is preferred.
This role is expected to work at least 4 hours per week during the summer. This is required.
Functional Expectations
Must be able to complete the following with or without reasonable accommodations:
1. Remain at a workstation for extended periods
2. Effectively communicate on a daily basis
3. Move about in various locations in the HR Office
4. Lift 10 lbs. from floor to waist
