TechZone is a department of Illinois State University that provides technology sales and service assistance to ISU students, faculty, staff, and annuitants.This is an entry level position and will focus on providing first level assistance to sales and service customers. In subsequent semesters, opportunities for retention or advancement may be available, including sales, second level technical support, or hardware repair.

The Accounting Associate oversees, and imparts specific expertise to, all department financial reporting, account reconciliation, internal controls, and compliance with accounting principles. Duties include, but are not limited to, the preparation of financial statements and budgets, assisting with the development of the departments Business Intelligence initiatives, functional configuration of the accounting and financial software, participate in audits, and researching and resolving payment inconsistencies or discrepancies.
