The Center for Civic Engagement is looking for two undergraduate students to work 28 hours per week during the summer. The Student Office Assistants will assist staff with completing duties as assigned. Tasks may include filing, copying, typing, working with spreadsheets, scanning and sorting documents, department tabling, giving general department overview presentations, driving ISU Fleet vehicles to presentations and tabling events, creating and designing flyers, organizing and restocking supplies, and working with MS Teams, Word, and Excel.

College Coaches play a critical role in the success of the two-week Summer Immersion Program, held on ISU’s campus, from Saturday, May 30, 2026 to Saturday, June 13, 2026. The College Coach serves as a supportive and caring staff member, models appropriate and collegiate behavior, co-facilitates college prep or life skills workshops, tutors the Scholars and encourages successful learning practices.

This Graduate Assistant position is multi-faceted and will be responsible for various projects and assignments connected to professional development, recognition ceremonies, and cultural competence training facilitated within the Division of Student Affairs.

This position assists with all aspects of food production and service in our retail venues.

The Extra Help Athletic Turf Assistant supports the maintenance, preparation, and overall quality of athletic fields and surrounding grounds. This role assists in ensuring safe, high-quality playing surfaces for practices, competitions, and events while following established turf management practices and safety standards.
