The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating eye-catching graphics for the Division of Student Affairs.
Specific job duties include:
- Designing a variety of marketing materials for the Division, including, but not limited to, brochures, flyers, digital images, advertisements, etc.
- Identifying new and innovative graphic techniques and designs to provide recommendations
- Building a library of graphics and images for the Division, in conjunction with a Multimedia Specialist
- Upholding the University’s graphic standards and the brand of the Division of Student Affairs
- Coordinating the Social Media and Graduate Assistants to promote the Division’s social media through the use of appealing graphics
- Attending the Division of Student Affairs Marketing and Social Media Team meetings
Hours fall within regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8-4:30, with occasional night and/or weekend hours.

Illinois State University student employees are restricted to no more than 28 hours per week of on-campus employment for all positions held.
