The Strategic Academic Recruiter will work with the Associate Dean for Student Services, Director of Marketing & Recruiting, Project Manager, Director of Undergraduate Advising, and other key College personnel to develop a comprehensive recruitment plan, brainstorm new recruitment strategies, explore new resources, and strategically market programs to recruit a top-notch and diverse student body for regional locations.
This is an 11 month position August 1st through June 30th and follows that Academic calendar.
1. Bachelors degree
2. Prior experience in partnership development or similar work experience.
3. Excellent skills in leadership, supervision, written and oral communication.

Work Environment/Dynamics: The majority of workdays will be spent doing outreach at schools, community colleges, high schools, clinical partners, and working with staff to market the program, identify top tier students and ensure strong diversity across cohorts
Work hours will vary as role and work requires.
Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:
1. Remain at a workstation for extended periods
2. Move about in various locations on and off campus as needed to complete day-to-day work
