THE SCHOOL OF THEATRE AND DANCE:
The School of Theatre and Dance is a large production-oriented program that offers BA/BS, MA/MS, and MFA degrees. A member of the University/Resident Theatre Association and accredited by the National Association of Schools of Theatre, the School has approximately 30 faculty/staff and 300 undergraduate and graduate students. Performance facilities are excellent with a proscenium theatre in the Center for the Performing Arts, a flexible performance space in the Westhoff Theatre, and a smaller proscenium space that doubles as the MFA Directing studio. The School of Theatre and Dance is the home of the nationally recognized Illinois Shakespeare Festival, a U/RTA Equity contract theatre.

1. Master's degree
2. State law mandates demonstrable oral proficiency in the English language as a requirement for this position.
3.
