Human Resources provides a variety of services to the University community. This position supports the Civil Service/Student Employment area of Human Resources by handling various duties such as verification of employment calls, special projects, file creation and maintenance, maintaining department specific logs, creating spreadsheets, assisting with Civil Service testing, assisting with salary surveys.
This position works independently with little supervision. Most responsibilities of this position are time sensitive.

Prefer applicants majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Flexible within an 8:00 - 4:30, Monday - Friday schedule
Work up to 15 hours per week.

Illinois State University student employees are restricted to no more than 28 hours per week of on-campus employment for all positions held.
International students are restricted by their visa status to no more than 20 hours per week of on-campus employment when the university is in session but may work more when the university is not in session.
