The Senior Assistant Director for Fiscal Management manages the oversight of the fiscal management of Event Management, Dining and Hospitality business operations by providing direction in the development of comprehensive accounting systems, policies, and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

Persons in this position have a hand in food production, sanitation, customer service, and cash handling. This position will work in any one of our retail venues.

This position plays an integral role in accomplishing this goal by performing, supervising, and coordinating the work of Food Service Sanitation Laborers in the dish room, ware washing area, and kitchen facility. Persons in this position must maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in all areas of the dining center.

This position plays an integral role in accomplishing this goal by assisting Culinary Associates in the preparation and service of food in residential dining centers. This position also assists in maintaining a friendly and orderly environment in the dining room by greeting customers as they enter, assisting with questions and service needs, and performing other customer service tasks, such as clearing tables and restocking condiments.

This position may also assist in other tasks that require manual labor, including storage of food and kitchen equipment.

This position plays an integral role in accomplishing this goal by utilizing a broad range of culinary skills and equipment to prepare fresh and delicious menu items. Our culinary staff frequently participates in display cooking, utilizing woks, salad preparation, grilling, and pizza making to enhance our customers' experience.

This position utilizes a broad range of baking skills and equipment to prepare fresh and delicious bakery items to be served daily in all venues on campus.
