Creating a pool of applicants for permanent and extra help openings as they become available

The majority of the graduate teaching assistants primary duties are in support of instruction including but not limited to the responsibilities below: 1. Serve as a primary or secondary teaching instructor in a class or laboratory; 2. Assist a faculty member with teaching-related tasks; 3. Grade student assignments which require knowledge of subjects taught in a class or laboratory; 4. Meet with and/or tutor students, mentor students in disciplinary writing, hold office hours, prepare instructional materials, and assist during class and/or lab.

This position will conduct credential evaluations, analyze student records, and serve as a specialist in transfer credit evaluation. The incumbent will learn University and academic policies and be able to communicate in person and/or by phone with students, parents, faculty advisors, counselors, chairs, and deans.

The programming assistant collaborates with the full-time Scholarly Teaching staff at the Center for Integrated Professional Development in their mission to support evidence-informed instruction on campus. This role is an opportunity for graduate students to explore the field of educational development by gaining hands-on experience performing directed research into teaching and consultations with graduate teaching assistants.

FALL 2026 - Marketing majors/Professional Sales Sequence. Creating a pool of Sales Lab Monitors who will schedule and monitor activities in the State Farm Hall of Business Sales Lab. This position will also assist the Director of Professional Sales and Sales faculty. This would be additional duties.

The School of Kinesiology and Recreation is seeking graduate assistants to support the Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIMOC) program and Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity (PSPA) Lab. Positions involve conducting client intake sessions, developing individualized exercise and sport performance programming, and assisting with community outreach. Applicants must be enrolled in a master's degree program in the School of Kinesiology and Recreation.

The Assistant Auditorium Technician will perform and be responsible for the necessary work involved in the coordination, setup, maintenance and operation of all PA, AV, and other related technical needs of the Athletic Department and its vendors under general supervision.

The Physics Department is seeking an Office Support Specialist - 49% FTE who will be responsible for clerical duties within the unit. Additional responsibilities include keeping confidential information, ability to develop, organize and collate significant amounts of data into readable formats; initiative to promote professionalism, unity, teamwork, and efficiency of operations.
