The Associate Director of Construction Services leads the Construction team within Facilities Planning, Design, and Construction and is instrumental in the development, implementation, and overall management of assigned University capital construction projects. This position is responsible for overseeing project managers, project management, estimating, construction, and project construction communications.

Performs general maintenance in residence halls and apartment complexes for University Housing Services. Maintenance and repairs include building finishes, furnishings, equipment, and fire alarm systems. Assists in furniture moving and verification of setups and inventories. Serves as first responder for emergency calls and trouble investigations.

This position is responsible for all aspects of Horton facility operations. This includes day-to-day operations, event scheduling, maintenance requests, and responsible for the safety and security of the facility. This position assists in planning and monitoring of repair, rehab, and maintenance projects.

Certified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing who will work with students through the Heart of Illinois Low Incidence (HILIA) program. The certified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing will provide instruction for students with hearing loss in a variety of classroom settings.

The Business Information Systems Manager provides oversight and leadership of Facilities Services Information Services - provides all aspects of data management and analysis in support of the business intelligence environment. Supervises 3-4 full-time employees, extra help, and student employees in the areas of Informatics, Business Applications, GIS, and Project Management.
