Student Counseling Services seeks an experienced administrative support professional to join our dynamic and fast paced office. The position has responsibilities as the Budget Manager for the department, serving as a supervisor for the two other support staff members, serving as an assistant to the Director, and acting as an all-around resource person for others in the department as well as student the SCS serves. Excellent organization and communication skills required for the person to be successful in this role.

This position trains and coordinates the work performance of student employees and Culinary Assistants in the areas of guest relations, dining room service, and line service. Persons in this position also manage the point of sales procedures.

Campus Recreation is seeking a Financial Operations Coordinator who would be responsible for all large-scale department events operations and scheduling, assisting the Assistant Director of Financial Operations with financial duties, and overseeing the payroll process for the Campus Recreation department.

This position is an integral part of our dining operations staff. Led by experienced culinary professionals, we offer staff the opportunity to work in newly-renovated facilities and are committed to using quality ingredients and processes. This position plays an integral role in accomplishing this goal by assisting Culinary Associates in the preparation and service of food in residential dining centers. This position also assists in maintaining a friendly and orderly environment in the dining room by greeting customers as they enter, assisting with questions and service needs, and performing other customer service tasks, such as clearing tables and restocking condiments.
