Performs general maintenance in residence halls and apartment complexes for University Housing Services. Maintenance and repairs include building finishes, furnishings, equipment, and fire alarm systems. Assists in furniture moving and verification of setups and inventories. Serves as first responder for emergency calls and trouble investigations.

This position works to ensure donor funds are successfully expended and spent according to donor intent agreements, Federal and State regulations, and Foundation cash disbursement policies.

This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial and donor record management.
